How old does my child need to be at the start of the program?

You can join our group from the day your baby is born up until their first birthday! However, we do ask that if you plan to do our 12 week package, that your child's first birthday isn't well before the 12-weeks are up as this program is specifically designed for parents with newborn babies. Expecting parents are also welcome!

Is this group only for Mothers?

At this time, due to capacity restraints, Mommy and Me Networking is only open to moms.

What happens if I need to miss a week?

Not to worry - life happens! We understand that last minute things come up, especially when you've got a new baby who runs the schedule. The week to week curriculum focuses on one week at a time so you'll be able to jump right back in if you miss a class.

What is the cancellation policy?

We ask for all cancellations to be made no less than 48 hours in advance. You can cancel via email at missemma@mommyandmenyc.org. Cancellations without advance notice or 'no shows,' are not eligible for a refund at this time. Payment does not roll over to the next week for missed class.

Is this program only 12-weeks long?

No! You are allowed to participate in our programing until your child turns one - and who knows, we may have a toddler group at that point! You can sign up for as many weeks as you plan to attend once the 12 week package finishes.

Is there an age cut-off?

All children under one year old are able to join. If you sign up for our 12-week package and your child turns one before the 12 weeks are up - that is fine! You can stick around:)
